Catered Chef’s Stations are live-action cooking stations at your location and require staffing. Each staff member is billed hourly, and the number of staff needed will be determined according to the number of guests to be served, time frame, menu, and overall complexity of the event. Below are some of our most popular chef stations.
We start with three kinds of pasta -Tortellini, Farfalle and Penne, and three sauces – Marinara, Alfredo, and Pesto. You choose from an array of different ingredients that will allow your guests to create their own unique dishes. Some of our most popular are Chicken, Shrimp, Italian Sausage, Grilled Vegetables, Mushrooms, House Made Oven Dried Roma Tomatoes, Broccoli, Roasted Red Peppers and Artichoke Hearts.
Asian style Vegetables quickly sauteed in Sesame Oil and finished with a Soy Ginger Sauce, served over Jasmine Rice. Add Beef, Chicken or Shrimp.
Jumbo Gulf Shrimp sauteed in Garlic, Butter, White Wine, Lemon and Fresh Herbs. Served over Angel Hair Pasta with Parmesan Cheese
Steak Diane Flambé Station
Tender Strips of Beef Tenderloin Sauteed in Garlic and Brandy and finished with Dijon Mustard and Fresh Chives. Served with Wild Rice Pilaf
Choose from Honey Glazed Ham, Top Round of Beef, Boneless Turkey Breast, Herb and Garlic Roasted Beef Tenderloin, Roasted Garlic Studded Pork Loin, Prime Rib Au Jus, Whole Roasted New York Strip, Rosemary Crusted Leg of Lamb or New Zealand Baby Lamb Racks
Farm fresh Eggs prepared at your Location. Ingredients include: Ham, Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, Feta Cheese, Swiss Cheese, Tomato, Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms, and Broccoli
Burgers, Hot Dogs, Steaks, Chops, Seafood, Chicken, Vegetables…if it can be grilled, we can do it. This option requires a grill rental ($150) and a minimum of 2 staff. Please call to discuss menu options and pricing.
